煤系高岭土制备微孔硅酸钙

Preparation of Micro-porous Calcium Silicate with Coal Series Kaolin

摘要: 通过水热合成的方法,以煤系高岭土和石灰乳为原料制备出微孔硅酸钙粉体,并用XRD,SEM,TGA/DSC等对硅酸钙粉体进行了表征。结果表明,硅酸钙主要以半结晶态形式存在,粉体颗粒的粒径大小为10~20 μm 不等,结构松散,含有大量孔径为1~2 μm的不规则微孔。

Abstract: Through hydrothermal synthesis process, micro-porous calcium silicate powder was prepared with coal kaolin and lime as raw materials. The powder was characterized by the measure of XRD, SEM, TGA/DSC and FT-IR. The results showed that the powder was semi-crystalline calcium silicate with particle size of 10~20 μm, and the particles owned loose internal structure with many irregular-shaped micro-pores of 1~2 μm.
