大直径导向孔预裂爆破孔间距优化研究

Study on Optimization of Pre-splitting Blasting Hole Spacing of Large Diameter Guide Hole

摘要: 预裂爆破时大直径导向孔对孔间裂纹的产生和扩展具有明显的导向作用,应用该技术时孔间距是影响 爆破效果的重要参数。为确定大直径导向孔预裂爆破的最优孔间距,建立了装药孔直径为120 mm,导向孔直径为 165 mm,孔间距分别为1.3、1.1、0.9、0.7 m 4组工况条件下的数值计算模型。数值模拟结果显示:在应力波发生叠加 后导向孔附近产生高应力区域,且随着孔间距减小,高应力范围及最大等效应力值逐渐增大,炮孔连心线上的损伤值 和范围也在不断增大。当孔间距小于0.9 m时孔间裂纹较多,裂纹损伤值大于0.5,此时各测点的应力峰值均已超过 岩石的动态抗拉强度,炮孔连心线上可以形成贯通的裂缝。为进一步验证数值模拟结果的准确性,开展了爆破试验。 结果表明:当孔间距小于0.9 m时,爆破后半壁孔孔痕率超过90%,不平整度小于15 cm。当孔间距从1.1 m减小到 0.9 m时,爆破振动速度降幅最为明显,平均降幅达到14.1%,说明孔间距为0.9 m时相邻预裂孔间裂缝充分贯通,产 生了良好的减振效果,为大直径导向孔预裂爆破设计提供了依据。

Abstract: In pre-splitting blasting,the large diameter guide hole has obvious guiding effect on the generation and propa gation of cracks between holes.When this blasting technology is applied,the hole spacing is an important parameter affecting the blasting effect.In order to determine the optimal hole spacing of large diameter guide hole pre-splitting blasting,the calcu lation models of four groups of working conditions with charge hole diameter of 120 mm,guide hole diameter of 165 mm and hole spacing of 1.3 m,1.1 m,0.9 m and 0.7 m were established.The numerical simulation results indicate that a high-stress re gion forms near the guide hole due to the superposition of stress waves.As the distance between holes decreases,both the extent of the high-stress area and the maximum equivalent stress value steadily increase,along with a corresponding rise in the damage value and range along the hole connection line.When the hole spacing is less than 0.9 m,there are many cracks between holes, and the crack damage value is greater than 0.5.At this time,the stress peak value of each measuring point has exceeded the dy namic tensile strength of the rock,and penetrating cracks can be formed on the hole connection line.In order to further verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation results,the blasting test was carried out.The results show that when the hole spacing is less than 0.9 m,the hole mark rate of the half-wall hole after blasting is more than 90%,and the unevenness is less than 15 cm.When the hole spacing is from 1.1 m to 0.9 m,the blasting vibration velocity decreases most obviously,with an average decrease of 14.1%.It shows that the cracks between the holes are fully penetrated when the hole spacing is 0.9 m,which pro duces a good shock absorption effect,provides a basis for the pre-splitting blasting design of large-diameter guide holes.
