巷柱式充填开采邢东矿井2#煤层的稳定性分析

摘要: 针对邢东矿井2#煤层巷柱式充填开采特点,运用FLAC3D数值分析软件构建三维数值模型,模拟煤层被开采、支护及矸石充填的过程。分别对比方案一(巷道锚固后不充填)和方案二(巷道锚固后充填矸石)2种工况下的地表沉降量、塑性区和垂直应力场的变化。分析得出矸石充填体通过对煤柱施加侧向应力而提高煤柱的承载能力,能较好地减小地表的沉降量,减少岩体塑性区的范围,使垂直应力值得到有效控制。

Abstract: Based on mining characteristics of roadway mining and filling of 2# coal seam in Xingdong Coalmine,the three-dimensional numerical model was built by using FLAC3D numerical analysis software to simulate the process of coal seam mining,supporting and waste filling.By using this model,the variety of the upper settlement,plastic area and vertical stress field under two conditions are studied:the first scheme(roadways were anchored without filling) and the second scheme(roadways were anchored and filled).The results shows that,waste filling body can improve the bearing capacity of coal pillar by applying lateral stress to coal pillar,but also decrease the upper settlement and the plastic area,and control the value of vertical stress.
