某低品位钼多金属矿矿石可选性研究

摘要: 为查明某低品位钼多金属矿的矿石可选性,对该矿石进行了实验室选矿试验研究。结果表明:该矿石中主要可回收的金属矿物为辉钼矿,可综合回收的伴生金属矿物为辉铋矿和白钨矿;采用钼铋混浮—分离,混浮尾矿选白钨的全浮选流程,闭路试验可获得Mo品位为52.42%,钼金属回收率为95.11%的钼精矿以及Bi品位为15.16%,铋金属回收率为53.06%的铋精矿和WO3品位为30.5%, WO3回收率为36.60%的白钨精矿。研究结果为矿山日后的开发提供了必要的技术依据。

Abstract: A laboratory test was made to identify the beneficiability of a low grade molybdenum polymetallic ore .The results show that molybdenite is the main recoverable metal mineral and bismuthinite and scheelite are the associated metal minerals recoverable.A full flotation flowsheet consisting of molybdenum-bismuth bulk flotation and separation, and scheelite separation from the bulk flotation tailings was adopted.The closed-circuit test gained a molybdenum concentrate grading 52.42% at a 95.11% recovery, a bismuth concentrate grading 15.16% at a 53.06% recovery and a scheelite concentrate grading 30.5% at a 36.60% recovery.The study results provide a technical basis necessary for the future resource exploitation.
