摘要: 针对某选矿厂一段磨矿回路,设计了一种基于S7-300 PLC和WinCC的磨机给矿量模糊控制系统。该系统采用设定值模糊控制算法和模糊PID控制算法设定磨机给矿量和实时整定KPTITD参数,很好地实现了某选矿厂一段磨机给矿量的稳定控制。

Abstract: In light of the primary grinding circuit of a concentrator, a fuzzy control system for grinding mill feed quantity based on S7-300 PLC and Wincc was designed.The system adopts a set value fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control algorithms to set the mill feed quantity and timely set KP , TI , TD parameters, well realizing the stable control of the feed quantity for the primary grinding mills of this concentrator.
