某浅埋隧洞爆破盲炮原因分析及预防措施

The Reason Analysis and Preventive Measure of Blind Cannon in Shallow Covered Tunnel Blasting

摘要: 某隧洞全部采用数码雷管爆破掘进,但是盲炮出现的频率较高。从所用数码雷管的内部结构原理、雷管的抗拉强度以及爆渣抛掷速度理论等方面进行了详细计算,并分析了产生盲炮的各种原因。针对爆破器材、微差时间、爆破网络连接、装药结构及炮孔填塞质量等进行了调整,有效地控制了数码雷管在爆破过程中的盲炮问题。

Abstract: Digital detonator's blasting was totally adopted in a Shallow Covered tunnel to be drilled,but blind cannon occured frequently.According to the digital blasting cap's internal structure principle,blasting cap's tensile strength,the speed of explosive residue theory and other aspects, the various reasons of blind cannon were analyzed with shallow covered tunnel blasting by detailed computing.In view of these problems,finally some practical suggestions were given to prevent the blind cannon by adjusting the blasting equipment,the short-delay time,the blasting network connection,the charging structure,and the quality of blast hole filling.And these measures were effective.
