某含金多金属硫化矿尼尔森选金试验研究

摘要: 针对某多金属矿的特点,应用尼尔森选矿技术进行了粗粒金预先回收工艺技术条件试验,及有无尼尔森选金作业全流程闭路对比试验。试验结果表明,尼尔森选金全流程试验金总回收率为84.32%,较无尼尔森选金工艺高2.24个百分点,金精矿中金回收率达到了28.19%,冶炼收金效率较低的铅锌混合精矿中金回收率显著下降24.27个百分点,为提高最终金回收率创造了条件。增加尼尔森选金作业对铜精矿、铅锌混合精矿、硫精矿的品位和回收率指标(除含金指标)几乎没有影响。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of a polymetallic sulfide ore,Applicating nelson beneficiation equipment conducted a coarse gold pre-recovery technology test,and the whole process comparative test,whether the nelson beneficiation operation.The results showe that,the total recovery of gold  at 84.32%,based on nelson beneficiation technology of the whole process,nelson beneficiation technology 2.24% higher than those without,the recovery rate of gold concent at 28.19%,significantly decline 24.27% in Mixture of lead and zinc concentrates's gold recovery,to improve and create the conditions for final gold recovery.Use the nelson beneficiation operation,almost no effect to grade and recovery targets(except gold concent index)of copper concentrate,lead and zinc concentrate mixture,sulfur concentrate.
