贯通式潜孔锤反循环钻进技术在矿区勘探中的应用研究

摘要: 河南三道庄钼钨矿区地质条件复杂、地层破碎,存在一些勘探难题,贯通式潜孔锤反循环连续取芯钻进技术进行探矿施工,取得了良好的应用效果。该方法具有钻进效率高、岩矿样采取率高、钻孔质量好等优点,有效地解决了破碎漏失地层的钻孔问题。针对复杂地层中漏失极其严重和岩芯完整度较差的难题,对反循环钻头进行改进设计,主要介绍该工艺方法的技术特点及其应用实践。

Abstract: Sandaozhuang molybdenum-tungsten ore district in Henan has complex geological conditions and fractured strata, leading to some exploration difficulties.Hollow-through DTH hammer reverse circulation drilling technology for continuous coring is used in the exploration and has achieved good effect.This method has the advantages of high drilling efficiency, high rate of coring and good drilling quality, effectively solving the drilling problem in fractured strata.In view of the challenges of extremely serious leakage and poor core integrity in complex strata drilling, improvement is made on the reverse circulating drill bit.The technical features and its practical application of this process are described in detail in the paper.
