摘要/Abstract

摘要： 主要探讨了国际矿业投资项目的政府风险、安全风险、社会风险、基础设施和健康风险等非技术风险，在识别这些风险的基础上，提出了选择合适的风险应对战略组合；区别国家风险与项目风险；矿业公司内部采取措施降低这些风险的几率；加强与相关利益者的关系降风险；加大企业对社会责任的投资等以降低非技术风险的一些想法。

关键词: 国际矿业投资, 非技术风险, 风险防范

Abstract: Non-technical risks in international mining investment projects such as government risk, safety risk, social risk, infrastructural risk and health risk are discussed.Based on the identification of these risks, it is proposed that we should select proper risk-control strategic combinations and differentiate between national risks and project risks.Mining companies should take measures to reduce the probability of these risks, enhance the relation of relevant interested parties and increase the investment on social responsibility so as to reduce non-technical risks.
