摘要: 强夯置换法是地基基础处理的有效手段之一,但目前还没有一套成熟的设计计算方法进行强夯设计,因此采用现场试验确定强夯置换参数成为该工艺参数选取的主要手段。为此,针对司家营铁矿选矿厂主厂房地基开展了强夯试验,确定了击实次数与加密区厚度、密度等关系曲线,以试验参数为基础,进行了该基础的强夯设计与施工。

Abstract: Dynamic replacement method is one of the effective ways to treat the foundation. However, up to now there hasn't a set of ripe design method that can be used in the dynamic compaction design. Therefore, field test-determination has become the main means to select the process parameters for dynamic replacement. For this, dynamic compaction test is made in the main plant building in Sijiaying Iron Mine's concentrator. The curves of the relationship between the compaction number, densified area thickness and density are determined. Based on the test-obtained parameters, the dynamic compaction design and construction of the foundation are made.
