大红山矿帷幕注浆治水工程及其评价

摘要: 大红山矿大理岩岩溶发育,由于突水造成井下大量涌水,同时引起地下水位急剧下降,引发了较大范围、较大规模的地面塌陷。通过幕址勘察、帷幕注浆设计及施工,并从钻孔单位注浆量分析、帷幕内外地下水位观测、坑道抽水试验、钻孔电磁波透视和钻检查孔等多个方面,对帷幕注浆治水效果进行评价,确认注浆帷幕堵水效果明显,帷幕注浆质量较好,可发挥显著的截流作用。

Abstract: Developed marble karst in Dahongshan Mine has led to a great deal of water burst in mine shaft and rapid groundwater table lowering, resulting in a large scale of surface subsidence. Through the survey on the site, design and construction of grouting curtain and the evaluation of the effect of water blockage by grouting curtain by various means such as analysis of drilling unit grouting amount, observation of the groundwater tables inside and outside the curtain, water extraction test, electromagnetic wave perspective of drill-hole, drill-hole inspection, etc., it is considered that grouting curtain has an evident water blockage effect and fine quality grouting curtain can play a significant role in water flow interception.
