会理锌矿尾矿中氧化锌的综合回收

摘要: 为回收会理锌矿选矿尾矿中的氧化锌矿物,针对该尾矿矿泥含量较多的特点,采用摇床脱泥—脱硫浮选—氧化锌矿物硫化浮选的工艺流程及新型高效捕收剂ZP-50进行实验室小型试验,获得了锌品位为36.04%、锌回收率为57.58%的氧化锌精矿。

Abstract: To recover the zinc oxide mineral from the tailing of Huili Zinc Concentrator and in view of the high slime content of the tailing, laboratory test was made on the process consisting of desliming by tabling, desulfuration-floatation and sulfidization-flotation of zinc oxide mineral using a new type efficient collector ZP-50. As a result, a zinc oxide concentrate grading 36.04% with a recovery of 57.58% was obtained.
