摘要: 以氢氧化钠和氨水的混合物、碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠作为沉淀剂处理四氧化三锰生产中的含锰废水,研究了沉淀剂种类及用量、沉淀温度、絮凝剂、陈化时间等对锰离子沉淀的影响,并研究了影响四氧化三锰杂质含量的因素。处理后废水中锰离子含量可以低于2×10-6,回收的锰离子可以制备高纯四氧化三锰。

Abstract: The mixture of sodium hydroxide and ammonia , sodium carbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate are used as precipitants to treat the manganese-containing wastewater produced in the production of trimanganese tetroxide.The effect of the type and dosage of the precipitants, precipitation temperature, flocculant and aging time on the precipitation of manganese ions and the factors influencing the impurity content of trimanganese tetroxide are studied.The manganese ion content in the treated wastewater can be below 2×10-6 and the manganese ions recovered can be used to prepare high pure trimanganese tetroxide.
