一种深基岩冻结井筒冻结孔水害治理技术

摘要: 针对我国西部地区深基岩冻结井筒冻结孔涌水水害技术难题,在分析冻结孔环状导水通道生成及涌水机理的基础上,提出一种在选定稳定岩层中沿冻结圈外沿掘进小断面环形截水巷道,在截水巷道内探测、揭露冻结管进而封堵冻结孔,对截水巷回填混凝土形成一个环形隔水体,彻底隔断环状导水通道,从根本上治理深基岩冻结井筒冻结孔涌水水害的新技术。以胡家河矿主立井井筒冻结孔水害治理项目为工程实例,采用理论分析、现场试验、数值模拟、现场监测等方法手段对环形截水巷合理布置层位、距井壁的距离、巷道断面、掘进及支护方式等关键参数进行研究,采用探地雷达、电法探测及管线定位仪探测技术准确探测冻结管位置,变形及沉陷监测结果表明截水巷围岩稳定,经工程实践验证该技术能从根本上治理深基岩冻结井筒冻结孔涌水水害。

Abstract: Against the frozen hole in-rushing water hazards technical problems of deep freezing bedrock shaft in west area of china,based on the analysis of frozen tube annular water-transmitting channels formation and in-rushing water mechanism,a new technology to control deep freezing bedrock shaft frozen hole in-rushing water disasters thoroughly is innovatively presented which drives small section annular roadway in the stability rock stratum outside the frozen wall below the upper aquifer,probe and expose the frozen tube and then seal frozen hole in the annular roadway,concrete backfill in the annular roadway to form a annular confining bed,and cut off the annular water-transmitting channels thoroughly.Taking the shaft frozen hole in-rushing water disasters control project of Hujiahe coal mine for example,such means as theoretical analysis,field investigation,numerical simulation,field monitoring are applied to study the key parameters about reasonable rock stratum of annular roadway,the reasonable distance from shaft wall,section of roadway,mode of drive and support.The probing techniques of ground penetrating radar,electrical detection and pipe line locator are adopted to probe the position of frozen tube.The formation and subsidence monitor results indicated that the surrounding rock of roadway was stability.Engineering practice verified that the technique could control the frozen hole in-rushing water of deep freezing bedrock shaft thoroughly.
