某钼镍钒多金属矿石镍钒浸出液萃钒试验

Experimental Research on Extraction of Vanadium from Vanadium and Nickel Leaching Molybdenum Polymetallic Ore of Nickel and Vanadium

摘要: 以P204为萃取剂、硫酸溶液为反萃剂,在室温下对贵州某钼镍钒多金属矿石的镍钒浸出液进行钒的萃取—反萃取试验,确定了萃取时适宜的工艺参数为母液pH=2.5,有机相中P204、TBP、磺化煤油的体积比=20∶5∶75,相比(O/A)=1∶2,萃取时间5 min,反萃取时适宜的工艺参数为硫酸溶液浓度2 mol/L、相比(O/A)=2∶1、反萃时间4 min。在所确定的工艺参数下进行5级萃取—反萃取,钒的总萃取率达98.7%、总反萃率达99.8%、总回收率达98.5%。

Abstract: With P204 as extractant and sulfuric acid solution as stripping agent, the extraction-stripping tests for vanadium recovery at room temperature from nickel-vanadium leaching solution of a Guizhou Mo-Ni-V polymetallic ore was carried out to determine the optimal technical parameters. Under the technical parameters in extraction of the mother liquid pH 2.5, the volume ratio of P204, TBP, sulfonated kerosene for 20∶5∶75 in organic phase, phase ratio (O/A) for 1∶2 and extraction time for 5 min, and the stripping conditions of sulfuric acid concentration 2 mol/L, phase ratio (O/A) for 2∶1,the stripping time for 4 min, the extraction rate of vanadium reached 98.7%, with total stripping of 99.8% and the total recovery of 98.5% after 5 stages of extraction-stripping process.
