国内外尾矿坝事故致灾因素分析

摘要: 通过搜集已有尾矿坝事故资料,分析了国内外尾矿坝事故与坝高、筑坝工艺及致灾因素的关系。对147起尾矿坝事故的分析研究表明,引起尾矿坝事故的主要因素为降雨,其次为地震、管理等;对国内的42起尾矿坝溃坝事故的致灾因素分析表明,引起尾矿坝溃坝事故的主要因素为坝体稳定性不足、违规建设、不寻常降雨等。

Abstract: Through collecting the data of accidents of tailings reservoir,the relationship between accidents of the tailings dams and the height of the tailings dams,the dam construction technology,and the factors for the tailings dams causing disaster are analyzed. The analysis of 147 accidents of the tailings dams in the world indicates that the major factor for the tailings dams accidents is unusual rainfall,following by earthquake and management etc. The study on 42 accidents of the tailings dams in China shows that the major causes of the tailings dams accidents are the instable tailings dams,illegal construction,unusual rainfall and so on.
