摘要: 对矿用救生舱中有毒有害气体进行了理论分析与试验验证,包括CO2、CO气体以及异味气体的分析验证。研究出有毒有害气体滤除技术及滤除系统。在救生舱单项试验和载人试验过程中使用了钠石灰吸附剂、ACO催化剂和活性炭,使得有毒有害气体浓度符合矿用救生舱的指标要求。真实、有效的数据验证了有毒有害气体滤除技术的可行性,从而为煤矿井下避难人员提供了环境健康保障。

Abstract: The toxic and harmful gases in mine refuge chamber are analyzed and inspected,including CO2,CO and smelling gases,and a filtering technique and filtering system for the toxic and harmful gases are proposed. With the use of soda lime adsorbent,ACO catalyst and activated carbon,the concentration of poisonous and harmful gases meets the requirement of mine refuge chamber during a series of individual tests and manned tests. The real and valid tests data verifies the filtering technology be feasible,thus providing a heathy environment for refuge staff at underground coal mine.
