露天采矿机生产能力预测

摘要: 总结和分析了6个用于计算露天采矿机生产能力的公式:技术生产能力公式,破碎比能公式以及Gehring、Dey & Ghose、Bilgin、Copur的经验公式,并应用7个实例分别验证了各公式的准确性,结果表明:技术生产能力公式、Dey & Ghose经验公式和经修正的Bilgin公式的预测结果较符合实际生产能力,在7个实例中,它们的相对误差平均值分别为19.4%、21.6%和24.5%。

Abstract: The six empirical formulas are summarized and analyzed using to calculate the surface miner′s production capacity,including the technical production formula,the crushing specific energy formula,Gehring,Dey & Ghose,Bilgin,Copur empirical formula.Seven application instances are applied to verify their accuracy respectively.It shows that the prediction result of technical production formula,Dey & Ghose empirical formula and revised Bilgin formula are more in line with actual production capacity,and their mean relative error in seven application instances are 19.4%,21.6% and 24.5% respectively.
