新型胶凝材料的流动性试验研究

Liquidity Detection of Neotype Whole-tailings Cementing Materials

摘要: 为了检验开发的新型胶凝材料充填料浆的流动性,开展了不同胶砂比和不同质量浓度的全尾砂充填料浆的塌落度、稠度和分层度的试验。试验结果表明,在相同胶砂比、相同质量浓度条件下,新型胶凝材料充填料浆与32.5#水泥充填料浆的流动性相差不大;新型胶凝材料充填料浆能满足管道输送的要求;该新型胶凝材料对全尾砂的固结效果远远超过了水泥。

Abstract: A neotype cementing material was developed by using industrial residue,and its consolidation on whole-tailings highly exceed that of the cement.Slump test,consistency test and delamination test were carried out on the condition of different cement-sand ratio and different weight concentration in order to detect the liquidity of the neotype cementing material.The results show that the liquidity of neotype cementing material is as same as that of 32.5# cement under conditions of the same cement-sand ratio and weight concentration.The filling slurry with neotype cementing materials can meet the requirement of pipeline transportation.
