全尾砂膏体料浆流动性影响因素的试验研究

Experimental Research on Influencing Factors for the Flowability of Total Tailings Paste Backfill Slurry

摘要: 采用电动跳桌仪对全尾砂膏体料浆流动性的影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:料浆浓度、细尾砂(-20 μm)掺量、超塑化剂掺量和粉煤灰品质及掺量均对全尾砂膏体料浆的流动性有显著影响;细尾砂对全尾砂膏体料浆流动性的影响在未掺和掺超塑化剂条件下有显著差异;在保持料浆流动性相同的条件下,掺适量超塑化剂可以提高料浆浓度4个百分点,或者提高细尾砂含量20个百分点。

Abstract: An experimental study on influencing factors of the flowability of total tailings paste backfill slurry was carried out. The test results showed the solid concentration of slurry,the contention of fine (-20 μm) tailings particle,superplasticizer contention and the type and contention of fly-ash all obviously influenced the flowability of total tailings paste backfill slurry. The influence of fine tailing contention on the flowability of total tailings paste backfill slurry without and with superplasticizer was obviously different. 4% solid concentration of the slurry and 20% fine tailings particle contention could be increased with superplasticizer in the slurry and unchanging flowability of the slurry.
