鞍山某磁选铁精矿阳离子反浮选试验

Experiment on Cationic Reverse Flotation for Magnetic Separation Ion Concentrates from Anshan

摘要: 以六偏磷酸钠、苛性淀粉为调整剂,DEK为新型阳离子反浮选捕收剂,对鞍山某铁矿选矿厂磁选铁精矿进行了反浮选工艺研究。结果表明,以DEK为核心的阳离子反浮选药剂体系与原阴离子反浮选药剂体系相比,药剂制度明显简化,可在中性环境下浮选,浮选无需蒸汽加温至30 ℃左右;采用试验确定的流程和药剂制度处理该磁选铁精矿,可获得铁品位为66.02%、回收率为90.16%的最终铁精矿。

Abstract: Using sodium hexametaphosphate and caustic starch as regulators,and DEK,a new cationic agent,as collector for reverse flotation,the reverse flotation of magnetic separation iron concentrate from an iron ore concentrator in Anshan were studied. The results showed that,compared with the original anionic reagent system of reverse flotation,the cationic reagent system of reverse flotation,which using DEK as the core,was significantly simplified. Flotation could be operated in neutral environment and did not need steam heating to about 30 ℃.Using the determined process and regulation of agent to deal with the ore,iron concentrate with Fe grade of 66.02% and recovery of 90.16% was obtained.
