广西某铜镍硫化矿石选矿试验

Beneficiation Experiment on a Copper Nickel Sulphide Ore in Guangxi

摘要: 针对广西某低品位铜镍硫化矿石性质特点,采用铜镍混合浮选—抑镍浮铜工艺流程对该矿石进行了开发利用工艺技术条件研究。结果表明:以草酸为铜镍混浮的活化剂,活性炭为铜镍分离的脱药剂,石灰、亚硫酸钠和SY为铜镍分离时镍的组合抑制剂,采用1粗4扫铜镍混合浮选、1粗2精2扫铜镍分离、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终获得了铜品位为15.24%、铜回收率为76.65%的铜精矿,以及镍品位为4.90%、镍回收率为82.36%的镍精矿。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of a low-grade copper and nickel sulfide ore in Guangxi, development and utilization of the ore were carried out by the process of Cu-Ni bulk flotation-copper floating and nickel inhibiting. The results showed that with oxalate as activator of Cu-Ni bulk flotation, activated carbon as reagent removal for separation of Copper and Nickel, the lime, sodium sulphite and SY as the combining depressant for separation of copper and nickel, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 15.24% and recovery of 76.65%, and nickel concentrate with Ni grade of 4.90% and recovery of 82.36% were obtained by adopting the process of one roughing and four scavenging for Cu-Ni bulk flotation, one roughing, two cleaning and two scavenging for separation copper and nickel, and middles back to the flowsheet in turn.
