煤层底板超前注浆加固定向钻进技术与装备

摘要: 将定向钻进与底板注浆加固技术结合,利用定向钻孔实现煤层底板超前注浆加固是现有底板水害防治方法的重要创新。系统研究了定向钻孔超前注浆加固原理、钻进装备、钻孔设计方法和钻进成孔工艺,形成了一套煤层底板超前注浆加固定向钻进技术与装备。通过在赵固一矿11151工作面现场试验表明,研究的钻进技术和装备稳定可靠,工艺先进,底板注浆加固效果良好,丰富和完善了煤矿底板水害防治手段,实现了煤层底板水害超前防治的重大突破,对煤矿安全高效开采意义重大。

Abstract: Pre-grouting reinforcement of the current coal floor with directional borehole is an important innovation of coal floor water prevention,combined directional drilling with floor pre-grouting reinforcement. This paper systematically studied on pre-grouting reinforcement principle,drilling equipment,drilling designing,and drilling technology,and a set of directional drilling technology and equipment for coal floor pre-grouting reinforcement is formed. The experiments in Zhaogu mine No.11151 work face show that the drilling technology and equipment above is reliable and advanced,and the effect of floor grouting reinforcement is good. The research enriches and improves the coal floor water prevention methods,achieving a major breakthrough in advance prevention of disasters resulted from ground water. It is significant for the safe and efficient exploitation of coal mine.
