摘要: 设计一个矿山井筒视觉监测与故障智能识别系统,以代替传统人工检查。前端视频采集装置采集井筒原始视频数据并实时存储,通过无线传输设备同步地面显示,由地面装置控制前端视频采集过程,利用故障识别技术对存储视频进行分析识别故障点。该系统能够自动监测提升竖井内设施,准确识别故障点,有效提高矿山井筒监测工作效率。

Abstract: An vision monitoring and fault intelligent recognition system of mineshaft instead of the traditional manual check.The mineshaft scene is captured and stored at the same time by front-end video capture device,and is displayed on ground display screen by the wireless transmission device.The capture process of front-end device is controlled by ground equipment,and the faults are identified by using fault identification algorithms.This system can automatically monitor and upgrade the mineshaft facilities and identify faults accurately,and it can improve the efficiency of mineshaft monitor greatly.
