煤矿井下复合定向钻进技术优势探讨

摘要: 煤矿井下滑动定向钻进技术已是一种成熟的钻孔施工技术,随着该技术应用领域的不断扩大,其逐渐暴露出钻进效率低、钻进安全性差以及不利于实现深孔钻进等问题。介绍了滑动定向钻进技术与复合定向钻进技术(即滑动定向钻进技术和复合钻进技术结合的定向钻进方法)的特点,从安全、高效以及深孔钻进3个方面对复合定向钻进技术优势进行深入分析,实践证明,复合定向钻进技术可有效提高钻进效率、预防钻孔事故和实现深孔钻进,可作为煤矿井下安全、高效及深孔定向钻进新技术进行试验和推广。最后,针对复合钻进钻速的提高仅仅是由于钻头绝对转速的提高的观点之不足,提出应进行包括转速、扭矩、碎岩功率等与钻进效率之间关系的全方位研究。

Abstract: At present,sliding directional drilling technology of underground coal mine is already a mature drilling technology.With the continuous expansion of the technology applications,the problems of low drilling efficiency,poor drilling safety and not conducive to realize deep hole drilling are gradually exposed.The characteristics of sliding directional drilling technology and compound directional drilling technology (i.e:directional drilling method that combines sliding directional drilling technology with compound directional drilling technology) are introduced in this paper.The advantages of compound directional drilling technology are analyzed from the three aspects of safety,efficiency and deep hole drilling.Practice has proved that compound directional drilling technology can effectively improve drilling efficiency,prevent accidents and achieve deep hole drilling,and can be tested and promoted as a safe,effective new technology for deep hole directional drilling.Finally,for the lack of the view that the improvement of compound directional drilling rate is only due to the improvement of bit absolute speed,comprehensive research of the relationship between rotational speed,torque,crushed rock power and drilling efficiency should be conducted.
