地下矿山智能生产控制与管理建设体系研究

摘要: 近年来随着人力成本增长,安全和环境要求更加严格,国内矿山企业需要从劳动密集型粗放管理方式向高效科学管理方式转变。生产控制与管理智能化是矿山实现高效科学管理的关键,需要紧贴矿山运行特点,选用合适的、性价比高的技术和设备来实现。总结了中钢矿业公司的智能矿山建设经验,分析了地下矿山的运行特点,以信息化、自动化为基础,利用物联网技术,构建了矿山智能生产控制与管理建设体系,提出了从地质、测量、采矿信息的数字化与可视化、生产运行智能化控制、安全生产智能化监测与预警和经营管理信息化四个方面进行矿山智能化建设,总结了关键实施技术和设备。按照此体系进行建设,矿山就能在生产和管理方面实现数字化、自动化、决策与预警智能化,并为其他矿山智能化建设提供参考。

Abstract: In recent years,with the growth of human cost,safety and environment need more stringent requirements,and the domestic mining enterprises need to change from labor-intensive or extensive management mode to the high efficient and scientific management mode.The intelligent production control and management is the key to achieve the efficient scientific management of the mine.It needs to closely approach to the running characteristics of underground mine,and is realized by selecting appropriate technology and cost-effective equipment.The intelligent mine construction experience of Sinosteel mineral company is summarized,and the operation characteristic of underground mine is analyzed.The architecture of intelligent production control and management of mine is built based on informationization,automation and internet of things.It is proposed that the construction of intelligent mine starts from four aspects,including the digitization and visualization of geological,surveying and mining information,the production and operation of intelligent control,the production safety intelligent monitoring and the early warning and information management.Then,the key implementation technology and equipment are summarized.This architecture can realize the digitization,automation,intelligent decision and early warning in underground mine,and provide guidance for building intelligent engineering in other mines.
