远程集中控制技术在调节通风系统风压平衡中的应用

摘要: 围绕三山岛金矿深井开采中出现的两矿区系统风压不平衡问题,采用通风系统远程集中控制技术、风机变频技术以及井下通风参数监测技术,对分布于井下各处机站的风机及主要通风巷道的风流风压参数进行计算机远程集中监测监控。在保证系统总风量达到设计要求的基础上,通过对两矿区主回风机站风机运行频率适时综合调控,各贯通处流动风量由90.60 m3/s减少至13.6 0 m3/s,有效缓解了两矿区之间污风相互串联影响。通风远程集中监控系统的稳定运行为加快推进矿山数字化建设进程迈出坚实一步。

Abstract: Around the unbalance of air pressure appeared in two mining areas during deep mining of Sanshandao Gold Mine,such techniques as the remote centralized control technology of ventilation systems,the fan inverter technology and the underground ventilation parameter monitoring technology were adopted to realize the remote centralized monitor on the fans distributed in each underground fan station and the airflow pressure parameters at the main ventilation roadway.Based on the total amount of air meeting the design requirements,the air flow at each run-through was reduced from 90.60 m3/s to 13.60 m3/s through comprehensively regulating the frequency of fans at main return air fan station in two mining areas.By this method,cross pollution of the air between the two mines can be effectively alleviated.The stable running of the remote centralized ventilation monitoring system starts a solid step forward in accelerating the process of building the digital mine digitization.
