氯化挥发法回收氰化尾渣中的金银

Gold and Silver Recovering from Cyanide Tailings by Chloridizing Volatilization Method

摘要: 山东某黄金冶炼公司氧化焙烧氰化尾渣中金含量为5.85 g/t、银含量为22.92 g/t、SiO2含量为26.23%。为回收利用该尾渣中的金银,对其进行了氯化挥发焙烧试验。结果表明:尾渣中SiO2含量和入炉球团含水率越高越不利于金银的氯化挥发;在CaCl2加入量为8%、入炉球团含水率为0.95%、氯化焙烧温度为1 000 ℃、焙烧时间为40 min时,获得了金、银的氯化挥发率分别为93.21%和61.61%的指标。采用氯化挥发法可以实现氰化尾渣中金银的有效回收。

Abstract: There is 5.82 g/t gold,22.95 g/t silver,and 26.23% SiO2 in a oxidize roasted Cyanide Tailings in Shandong Province.For the recycling of gold and silver in the tailings,chlorination volatilization roasting tests were conducted.The results show that the higher of the SiO2 content in tailings and moisture content in charging pellet,gold and silver chloride volatile is the more unfavorable;chloride volatilization rates of gold and silver is 93.21% and 61.61% respectively with calcium chloride dosage of 8%,moisture content in charging pellet is 0.95%,chloridizing roasting temperature is 1 000 ℃,the roasting time is 40 min.Chlorinated volatile method can realize effective recovery of gold and silver from the cyanide tailings.
