软岩巷道支护设计自动生成系统

摘要: 为提高软岩巷道支护设计的科学性、客观性以及工作效率,将数据库技术与AutoCAD二次开发相结合,实现巷道断面支护设计CAD图的自动生成。以山东龙口矿业集团矿区为例,以其工程地质资料为依据建立相应的地应力、软岩性质及巷道支护的数据管理系统。根据巷道围岩类别、地应力、巷道用途等信息,通过系统智能分析和人工干预的方式获得支护参数;继而利用参数化绘图思想完成软岩巷道断面支护设计。参数化绘图依靠AutoCAD内嵌的AutoLISP编写绘图程序,再配以DCL语言编制的人机交流对话框完成,如此,最终完成软岩巷道支护设计自动生成系统。

Abstract: In order to make design of soft rock roadway support more efficiently,scientifically and objectively,database technique was integrated with AutoCAD secondary development to automatically generate the CAD drawing of roadway support.Taking the Mining Area of Shandong Energy Longkou Coal Group for example,Database Management Systems (DBMS) of crustal stress,soft rock properties and roadway support was established based on engineering geological materials.According to the information of roadway surrounding rock classification,crustal stress and roadway applications,support parameters was obtained by intelligent analysis and manual intervention.Then,soft rock roadway support design was completed through parametric drawing which relies on AutoLISP embedded in AutoCAD,and matched with man-machine dialogue frame created by DCL language programming.Thus,the automatically making system of soft rock roadway support was gained.
