“五品联动”矿冶工程管理优化决策支持系统研究及应用

摘要: 在分析矿冶工程系统基本特征的基础上,通过应用系统工程以及边际分析理论,提出了基于“五品联动”矿冶工程管理模式的矿山技术指标优化方法,研发了适用于大型矿业公司所属矿山“五品联动”优化和管理的决策支持系统。结果表明,该系统的应用不仅可使鞍钢集团矿业公司取得2.21亿元/a的增量经济效益,每年还可增产铁矿石540万t,减少排岩占地18 000 m2,综合效益显著。

Abstract: Based on analysis of basic characteristics of mining and metallurgical engineering system,the optimization method of mine technical indexes based on "five-grade linkage" mining and metallurgical engineering management pattern was put forward by applying the system engineering theory and the marginal analysis method,and a decision support system that could be applied to five-grade linkage optimization of large mining enterprise was developed.The result shows that the application of the system can make Ansteel Mining achieve remarkable comprehensive benefits every year including ¥221 000 000 of incremental economic benefit,5.4 million tons of ore recovery efficiency and 18 000 m2 of land resource conservation benefit.
