用Mathews稳定图法与数值分析法优化充填开采矿山采场结构参数

Optimizing the Stope Structural Parameters Using Mathews Empirical Analysis Method and Numerical Analysis Method

摘要: 应用空场法嗣后充填的方式进行采矿是一种高效的采矿方法,已成为特大型地下矿山采矿技术发展的一大趋势。结合Mathews稳定图法和FLAC3D数值计算方法,利用Mathews稳定图法初步选定采场结构参数,而后利用数值方法在初选方案中进行比选获得最优采场结构参数。以张庄铁矿为例,对应用阶段凿岩阶段出矿阶段空场嗣后充填法开采厚大矿体进行研究,分析了不同结构参数以及不同暴露面积条件下采场的稳定性,从而得出合理的采场结构参数,为阶段凿岩阶段出矿阶段空场嗣后充填法在矿山的应用和推广提供一定的依据。

Abstract: Application of the stope method with subsequent backfilling is a high-efficient mining method,and it has become the general trend of mining technology for large and extra-large underground mine.Combining with Mathews stability graph method and FLAC3D numerical simulation,the stope structural parameters are preliminarily determined by Mathews stability graph method,and the preliminary scheme is optimized by FLAC3D numerical simulation method to obtain the optimal stope structural parameters.Taking Zhangzhuang iron mine as an example,investigations on the stope mining with subsequent backfilling in stage of application,drilling,and ore withdrawal for large and thick ore-body are made to analyzed the stope stability under different structural parameters and different exposed area.The reliable mining stope parameters obtained can provide some foundation for the application and popularization of the open stope with subsequent backfilling.
