四川某氟碳铈矿石选矿试验研究

Experinental Research on Flotation of the Bastnaesite Ore in Sichuan

摘要: 四川某氟碳铈稀土矿石主要有用矿物为氟碳铈矿,有用矿物与脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂,且含泥量大。为开发利用该矿石,对其进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%条件下,以水玻璃为调整剂、改性羟肟酸为捕收剂,经2粗2精1扫闭路浮选,可获得REO品位为42.30%、回收率为72.59%的浮选精矿,浮选精矿在背景磁感应强度为1.0 T条件下经1次脉动高梯度强磁选,可获得REO品位为60.20%、作业回收率为93.00%、对原矿回收率为67.10%的最终稀土精矿,从而实现该氟碳铈稀土矿石的有效分选。

Abstract: Main valuable mineral of a fluorocarbon cerium rare earth ore from Sichuan is bastnaesite,dissemination relationship among useful minerals and gangue minerals is complex.For the development and utilization of the ore,experimental study on the ore dressing.A bastnaesite with complex disseminated relationship of gangue minerals and containing a amount of mudding.Beneficiation experiments were carried out for development and utilization of the ore.Results show that at the grinding fineness of 85% passing 0.074 mm,with sodium silicate as the adjusting agent,modified hydroxyl oxime acid as collector,via two roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit flotation process,flotation concentrate with REO grade of 42.30% and recovery of 72.59% was obtained,flotation concentrate through one stage pulsating high gradient high intensity magnetic separation operation at background magnetic induction intensity of 1.0 T,rare earth concentrate with REO grade of 60.20%,recovery to the operation of 93.00%,recovery to the run-of-mine ore of 67.10% was finally obtained,effective separation of the fluorocarbon cerium rare earth ore was obtained.
