现代矿井提升机信号系统的设计与研究

摘要: 目前我国的矿井提升机信号系统大部分都是由老式的继电器和接触器组成,可靠性不高,经常出现故障。针对我国现有提升机信号系统的现状,提出了由西门子可编程控制器PLC-300和远程I/O设备ET200M组成的现代矿井提升机信号系统。该系统的通讯网采用基于485通讯的PROFIBUS-DP网络,采用ISD4004语音模块和LCD液晶屏对提升信号进行声音和汉字的播放与显示。冗余系统的加入使整个信号系统的可靠性、稳定性、安全性大大提高,大大促进了工作效率。矿井提升机信号系统人机界面友好、直观,对我国提升机信号系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: At present,the signal system of mine hoist in China usually consists of traditional relays and contactors,with low reliability.It easily breaks down.In view of the status quo of existing hoist signal system,a modern mine hoist signal system with Siemens programmable logic controller PLC-300 and remote I/O device ET200M is proposed.The communication network of this system is based on 485 PROFIBUS-DP network,and adopts ISD4004 voice module and LCD screen for playback to display the characters and broadcast the sounds.The redundant system greatly enhances the reliability,stability and security of the signal system,and significantly improves the work efficiency.With a friendly and intuitive interface,the mine hoist signal system has a certain reference value to the design of the hoist signal system in China.
