武钢金山店铁尾矿固化干堆工艺与应用研究

摘要: 提出采用深锥浓缩脱水并进行固化的工艺,应用于武钢金山店铁矿尾矿处置,浓缩后的尾矿浓度能达到65%,添加固化剂后的尾矿3 d强度达到0.05 MPa以上。通过开展一系列试验验证固化效果,结果表明固化效果满足要求。结合矿山实际情况,研究布置固化干堆的服务系统,用于生产后运行顺利。金山店铁矿尾矿处置是南方多雨地区实施尾矿干堆的成功案例,对南方多雨地区类似工程有重要的参考借鉴意义。

Abstract: The process of tailings solidifying with deep thickening and dewatering is proposed,and applied into tailings disposal of Wusteel Jinshandian Iron Mine.The tailings concentration after thickening reached 65%.With the addition of solidifying agent after three days,tailings strength reaches 0.05MPa or more.The solidifying effect is verified through a series of laboratory tests,showing that the effect can meet the requirements.At the same time,combining with the actual situation of the mine,the service system for solidifying and dry stacking of tailings is investigated for smooth operation in production.The disposal of tailings in Jinshandian mine is considered as a success case for the implementation of dry stacking in the southern rainy areas in China,and it is an important reference for similar projects in the southern rainy areas.
