静爆剂膨胀压测试新方法试验研究

摘要: 分析了外管法测试静爆剂膨胀压时存在的问题。基于静爆剂水化反应产生的膨胀压为各向同性的特点,提出了一种新的静爆剂膨胀压测试方法,设计了由电液伺服压力试验机、位移传感器和钢筒组件组成的测试系统。对钢筒组件中的静爆剂浆体实施轴向位移控制,实现了对静爆剂轴向膨胀压的测试。结果表明:该测试方法及系统理论依据充分,钢筒组件及测试系统设计合理,测试结果稳定可靠,是一种值得推广和应用的静爆剂膨胀压测试新方法。该方法与外管法相比,有效避免了热输出对测试结果的影响,简化了测试工艺与操作步骤,提高了测试精度和测试效率。

Abstract: The problems of measuring the swelling pressure of static cracking agent(SCA) by outer pipe method are analyzed.According to the isotropism of swelling pressure from the hydration reaction of SCA,a new method was presented to measure the swelling pressure.The measuring system composed of electrohydraulic servo tester,displacement sensor and steel cylinder component is designed.The axial displacement control to the SCA paste is carried out to measure the axial swelling pressure of the SCA.The comparison result of the measured data shows that the measuring system and method has sufficient theoretical evidence,reasonable designing in the steel cylinder component and the measuring system,and owns stable and reliable measuring results.The measuring system and the new method are worth to be popularized and applied.Compared with the outer pipe method,this method avoids the impact of the heat output on the measuring result,simplifies the measuring technology and operation,and improves the measuring accuracy and efficiency.
