程潮铁矿联合开采采场的地压分布与控制

Ground Pressure Distribution and Control of the Stope Based on Combined Mining in Chengchao Iron Mine

摘要: 以程潮铁矿-430 ~ -500 m阶段矿体以2种采矿方法联合开采为工程背景,探究在2种采矿方法联合开采条件下采场的地压分布及采场的稳定性问题。以有限差分法理论为基础,运用FLAC3D数值分析软件,模拟该矿体开采过程,根据模拟结果,分析采场的应力在开挖前后的变化情况、开挖前后的采场的安全系数和开挖过程中隔离矿柱的变形情况。根据具体情况,提出了相应的地压控制措施及相应的管理制度。

Abstract: With the combined mining of two methods for exploiting ore-body at -430 ~ -500 m stage of Chengchao Iron Mine as the engineering background,the pressure distribution and mining field stability problems of the stope under the combined mining method are explored.The excavation process of the ore body was simulated by numerical analysis software FLAC3D based on the finite difference theory.According to the simulation results,the stresses variation and safety factor of the stope before and after excavation and isolation pillar deformation were obtained.The control measures of underground pressure and the corresponding management system was provided as well based on the analysis results.
