尾砂胶结充填体蠕变试验及统计损伤模型研究

Study on Creep Test of Cemented Tailings Backfill and Statistical Damage Model

摘要: 为研究充填体蠕变力学特征,采用RLW-3000微机控制剪切蠕变试验机进行分级加载条件下的单轴压缩蠕变试验。试验结果表明:荷载越高充填体变形越快,充填体内部缺陷及弱面的压密与扩展在宏观上表现为充填体蠕变变形。假定充填体微元破坏概率与轴向应变存在关系,服从Weibull统计分布,结合充填体单轴抗压试验,确定了可以描述充填体损伤演化过程的损伤变量。将损伤变量引入Burgers模型中,建立了充填体蠕变统计损伤本构模型,采用MATLAB软件对充填体分级加载蠕变试验数据进行拟合,确定模型参数,结果表明:所建立的模型曲线与试验曲线较为吻合,应力水平越高,拟合结果精度越高,此模型可用于描述充填体蠕变力学行为。

Abstract: In order to study the creep mechanical characteristics of backfill,a step loading uniaxial compression creep test was carried out with RLW-3000 shear creep testing machine controlled by computer.The result showed that the higher the load,the faster the deformation and the deformation rate of backfill.The pressure and extension of internal defects and weak surface of backfill,show the creep deformation of backfill on the macro level.Assuming that there exists a relationship between the failure probability of backfill micro-element and axial strain,and the failure obeys the Weibull distribution.Combined with the uniaxial compression test,the damage variable of the backfill damage evolution process can be described.And the damage variable is introduced into the Burgers model;the statistical damage constitutive model is established.MATLAB software was used to fit the creep test data of backfill,and the model parameters were determined.The results showed that,the model curves tallies with the experimental curves.The higher the stress level is,the higher the accuracy of the fitting results is,and this model can be used to describe the creep behavior of backfill.
