贵州某铜锌矿石浮选试验

Flotation Test of a Cu-Zn Ore from Guizhou

摘要: 为给贵州某铜锌矿石资源提供开发利用依据,在对矿石进行工艺矿物学研究基础上,采用优先浮铜再浮锌的流程进行了铜锌选矿试验。结果表明,铜品位为1.75%,锌品位为1.54%的矿石,采用1粗2精1扫闭路流程选铜、1粗1精1扫闭路流程选锌,最终获得的铜精矿铜品位为21.42%、铜回收率为89.13%,锌精矿锌品位为41.70%、锌回收率为72.15%。

Abstract: In order to provide technical basis for development and utilization of a sulfide copper-zinc ore in Guizhou Province,copper and zinc flotation test by copper preferential flotation and then zinc flotation process was conducted based on the process mineralogy of the ore.The results showed that,with 1.75% copper and 1.54% zinc of the raw ore,by the process of one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit of copper flotation,one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging closed circuit of zinc flotation,final copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.42% and recovery of 89.13%,and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 41.70% and recovery of 72.15% were obtained.
