甘肃某铁矿石工艺矿物学研究

Study on the Mineralogy Properties of Iron Ore from Gansu Province

摘要: 为了更好地指导甘肃某铁矿石的选矿试验,对该矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:①铁品位为37.89%的铁矿石为半自熔性、低硫磷磁铁矿石,有回收价值的铁矿物为磁铁矿,磁性铁占总铁的79.31%。②矿石的主要构造类型为块状构造,其次为浸染状构造和条带状构造;矿石的主要结构类型为他形—半自形粒状结构、包含结构。③以较粗粒嵌布(0.045~0.2 mm)的磁铁矿约占65%,这些磁铁矿颗粒大多被角闪石和石英颗粒分割;粒度为0.025~0.045 mm的细粒嵌布的磁铁矿约占20%,大多呈稀疏和稠密浸染状分布在脉石矿物中;微细粒中,嵌布粒度为0.01~0.025 mm和-0.01 mm的磁铁矿分别约占10%和5%。因此,该矿石中的磁铁矿宜采用干式预选抛废—阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选工艺回收,并应在坚持能收早收、减少磁铁矿过磨的基础上,加强-0.025 mm微细粒磁铁矿的回收,以确保磁铁矿的回收率。

Abstract: In order to effectively provide guide for beneficiation tests on an iron ore in Gansu,process mineralogy of the sample was studied.The results showed that:①iron ore with iron grade of 37.89% is semi self-fluxing low sulfur magnetite ore.The useful mineral is magnetite,among which magnetic iron account for 79.31% of total iron.②The ore is mostly constructed by block structures,then disseminated and banded structures.The main structure forms of the ore are xenomorphic and hypidiomorphic granular texture and containing structure.③The magnetite dissemination with particle size between 0.2 mm and 0.045 mm accounting for 65% is divided by quartz and hornblende,while 20% with particles size between 0.025 mm and 0.045 mm is distributed in gangue minerals,disseminated with sparse and dense,about 10% between 0.01 mm and 0.025 mm and 5% under 0.01 mm.Therefore,the process of dry pre-magnetic separation-stage milling and grinding-stage low intensity magnetic separation is recommended.On the basis of recovery early and reducing excessive grinding,the recovery of magnetite with particle size under 0.025 mm should be strengthened to ensure the recovery rate of magnetite.
