清远某废胶渣中铜等金属的选矿回收试验

Beneficiation Recovery Experiment of Copper in a Certain Waste Smear of Qingyuan

摘要: 清远市某废胶渣中含有铜单质及其与铁、铅、锌、锑、锡的合金,这些金属主要以长条状或片状被塑料和橡胶包裹。为充分回收该废胶渣中的金属,在比较了球磨机、振磨机和切割粉碎机粉碎废胶渣、剥离金属效果的基础上,采用摇床重选、浮选、涡电流分选和静电分选工艺对切割粉碎产物中铜的回收效果进行了比较。结果表明:切割粉碎机的粉碎、剥离效果较好;静电分选的分选效果较好;采用2粗1精开路静电分选流程处理试样,可获得铜品位52.72%,金属元素累计含量接近90%,铜回收率78.31%,碳、硫含量很低的铜精矿。切割粉碎—筛分—静电分选工艺是废胶渣中有价金属的高效回收工艺,不仅有较好的经济效益,而且有显著的环境效益。

Abstract: A certain waste smear factory in Qingyuan City contains copper elemental and alloys of copper,iron,lead,zinc,antimony and tin,these metals are most tiny and granular or linear wrapped in plastics and rubber.In order to fully recovered these metals,copper recovery index comparison by using gravity separation,flotation,eddy current separation and electrostatic separation were conducted based on the comparison of the effect of ball mill,vibrations mill and cutting crusher for smashing smear and peeling metals.The results show that:cutting crusher is better at smashing and peeling;electrostatic separation is easier to obtain a good separation performance;copper concentrate with copper grade of 52.72%,the total metallic element content nearly 90%,the recovery of copper is 78.31% and the content of carbon and sulfur is relatively lower can be obtained by two roughing and one cleaning electrostatic separation process.The cutting crushing-screening-electrostatic separation is an efficient recovery process for valuable metal in waste smear,which not only has good economic benefits,but also has significant social benefits.
