铁矿石共存元素对铁含量测定的影响及消除方法

摘要: 采用三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁矿石中全铁含量,当铁矿石中存在铜、钒、砷、钼等元素时,会对测定结果产生较大干扰。为此,采用该方法就常见干扰元素对铁含量测定的影响进行了定量的系统性试验研究,分析了共存元素的干扰情况,并提出了相应的消除方法。对不同地区铁矿石标样进行的铁含量测定验证试验结果显示,检测结果误差小,证明该方法具有较好的适用性。研究结果已被国家标准采纳。

Abstract: Using titanium chloride-potassium dichromate titrimetric method to detect total iron content in ore,when copper,vanadium,arsenic,molybdenum was exists in the ore,the determination results generated will greatly influenced.Therefore,common interference elements on the determination of iron content was carried on the quantitative systematic experimental study,the influence of the interference of coexisting elements,and proposed the corresponding elimination method.Verification test on various iron ores from different areas by the method showed that test results error is small,the method has good applicability.The results have been adopted by the national standard method.
