复杂铜硫矿浮选分离技术现状及发展趋势

Flotation Separation Technology and Development Trend of Complex Copper Sulphide Ore

摘要: 从优先浮选流程、等可浮流程、混浮流程等方面介绍了铜硫矿的常用选别流程研究及应用现状;着重介绍了新型高效捕收剂、新型高效抑制剂(包括无机组合抑制剂和新型有机抑制剂)的研究与应用情况,简述了起泡剂的研究与应用现状;并对铜硫矿浮选电化学理论研究进展进行了总结,指出新型高效无毒浮选药剂的研发和电化学浮选研究是铜硫矿浮选技术发展的重要方向。

Abstract: From the preferential flotation process,iso-flotation process,mixed flotation process and other aspects,the research and application process of the normal beneficiation for copper sulfur are introduced,mainly emphasizing on the research and application of new efficient collectors and new efficient inhibitors (including the combination of inorganic inhibitors and organic inhibitors).The research and application of foaming agent was briefly introduced; The theoretical research progress of electrochemical flotation of copper sulfur was summarized.It was pointed out that the development and research of new efficient non-toxic electrochemical flotation reagent is an important developing direction of the copper sulfide ore flotation technology.
