组合赋权-属性区间识别模型法优选采矿方法

摘要: 针对采矿方法综合评价指标体系的模糊性与不确定性,根据矿山生产实际经验与评价指标选取原则,选取损失率、贫化率、生产能力、采切比、采矿工效、采矿成本、安全性、通风条件、工艺复杂性、适应性、炸药单耗、施工难易性、机械化程度、劳动强度等14项指标作为评价指标。以属性区间识别理论为基础,建立了采矿方法综合评价的属性区间识别模型,采用均化系数将属性测度区间转化为综合属性测度;然后采用乘法合成法将主客观权有机结合得到了理想的组合权重;最后分别根据置信度准则、灰色接近度和评分准则进行采矿方法等级识别和比较排序分析。将该方法应用于某矿采矿方法选择中,应用案例计算的各采矿方案的采矿方法综合优越度分别为1.766 3、2.125 9、2.506 1、1.662 8、1.503 0,确定多层条带开采嗣后充填法为最优的开采方案实例。研究表明,该模型简单方便、合理有效,为采矿方法优选提供了一种新方法。

Abstract: In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of the comprehensive evaluation index system of mining method,according to mine actual production experience and selection principle of evaluation index,14 indexes including loss rate,dilution rate,production capacity,stripping ratio,mining efficiency,mining cost,safety,ventilation condition,process complexity,adaptability,explosive consumption,construction difficulty,mechanization degree and labor intensity are regarded as the evaluation indexes.Firstly,based on attribute interval recognition theory,the attribute interval recognition model of comprehensive evaluation of mining method is established,the attribute measurement interval is transformed into comprehensive attribute measurement by using the averaging coefficient;then,the ideal combination weight is obtained by combing with the object and subjective weights by adopting multiplication synthesis method;finally,grade recognition and comparative ranking analysis of mining methods are carried out based on confidence criterion,gray close degree and grading criteria.The evaluation method proposed in this paper is applied to the optimal section of mining method of a mine,the synthetic superior degrees of each mining method are 1.766 3,2.125 9,2.506 1,1.662 8 and 1.503 0 respectively,which further show that the multi-layer strip subsequent filling mining method is the optimal one.The above study results of this paper further indicated that the evaluation model is feasible and credible for the optimal selection of mining method.
