用新型药剂提高云南某铜铁矿石浮铜指标

Improving Delafossite Flotation Indexes of a Cu-Fe Ore in Yunnan with New Reagents

摘要: 云南大红山某铜铁矿选矿厂以丁基黄药为捕收剂、730A+2#油为起泡剂浮选铜,不仅药剂用量较大,生产过程不稳定,而且生产指标不理想。试验对新型、高效药剂的浮选效果进行了研究。结果表明:采用现场磨矿细度、浮选浓度及工艺流程,以DF-64+DF-8(质量配合比为1∶2)为捕收剂、DF-K90为起泡剂,获得了铜品位为23.42%,铜回收率为95.39%铜精矿,不仅提高了铜精矿品位2.42个百分点左右、铜回收率2.39个百分点左右,而且稳定了生产过程,降低了药剂用量和药剂成本,经济和社会效益显著。

Abstract: The copper mineral of a certain copper ore dressing plant in Yunnan Dahongshan was recovered by flotation with butyl xanthate as collector,730A+2# oil as frother,of which the process had the disadvantages of large reagents consumption,unstable production process and poor production indexes.The flotation performance of the new efficient reagent was investigated.Results indicated that by using the site grinding fineness,flotation concentration and process in production,and with DF-64+DF-8(The mass ratio 1∶2)as collector,DF-K90 as frother,final copper concentrate with copper grade of 23.42% and recovery of 95.39% with 2.42 and 2.39 percentage points improved respectively was obtained.The new reagent can stabilize production process,and reduce reagents dosages and cost,with significant economic and social benefit.
