充填尾矿絮凝沉降规律及参数优化

Research on the Flocculation Settlement Rules and Parameters Optimization of Filling Tailings

摘要: 为考察全尾矿絮凝沉降规律,以尾矿料浆浓度、絮凝剂XT9020溶液浓度和XT9020用量为影响因素,单位面积处理量为评价指标进行试验。结果表明:单位面积处理量与尾矿料浆浓度、XT9020溶液浓度和XT9020用量都呈现出非线性关系;尾矿料浆浓度为15%、XT9020浓度为0.3%、XT9020用量为25 g/t时,单位面积处理量最佳,为3.15 t/(h·m2);各影响因素对单位面积处理量影响由强到弱依次为尾矿料浆浓度、XT9020浓度、XT9020溶液浓度。应用Design Expert软件进行絮凝沉降模型回归拟合,结果表明,尾矿料浆浓度为15%、XT9020用量为26.67g/t、XT9020溶液浓度为0.22%时,单位面积处理量最高,为3.26 t/(h·m2),试验值和预测值吻合程度较高。

Abstract: In order to study flocculation settling rules of tailings,tailings slurry concentration,XT9020 solution concentration and XT9020 dosage are selected as influence factors,unit area consumption capacity is regarded as evaluation index,results show tailings slurry concentration,XT9020 solution concentration and XT9020 dosage all show nonlinear relationship with unit area consumption capacity; slurry concentration is 15%,XT9020 solution concentration is 0.3%,XT9020 dosage is 25g/t,the unit area handling capacity is 3.15t/(h·m2),influence degree are as follows,slurry concentration>XT9020 concentration>XT9020 solution concentration.Design Expert software is used to regression fitting for flocculation settling model,slurry concentration is 15%,XT9020 solution concentration is 0.22%,XT9020 unit consumption is 26.67g/t,unit area handling capacity is 3.26t/(h·m2),and optimum,experimental value and predicted value agreement degree is good.
