综合应用VB和VBA语言的开采沉陷预计及治理系统开发

摘要: 矿区沉陷预计和采空区综合治理是开采沉陷研究的重要内容。现有的开采沉陷预计软件程序功能单一,数据综合处理能力较低,为此,综合应用采用VB(Visual basic)、VBA(Visual basic for application)语言,并结合SUFER、EXCEL和CAD软件,开发了融合地表移动观测站设计、资料整理、数据提取、拟合计算、残余变形预计以及塌陷区综合治理等功能为一体的软件系统。首先通过加载VBA程序提高观测站设计的自动化程度,增加了程序的可移植性;其次调用MATLAB拟合程序实现对概率积分法预计参数的精确求取,并利用求取的概率积分法预计参数以及采矿地质资料进行开采沉陷预计;然后通过调用SUFER、CAD软件程序实现开采沉陷预计的可视化。系统理论和实例分析表明,该系统一体化的设计提高了观测数据的处理效率,有助于提高开采沉陷预计的针对性和精确性,此外,该系统特别增加了适用于条带式、充填式采煤法的矿区地表沉陷预计模块,可为“三下”采煤方案优化设计、矿区生态环境保护以及矿区土地复垦等提供科学依据,为实现绿色开采提供参考。

Abstract: Mining subsidence prediction and comprehensive treatment of mined-out area are the two important research directions of mining subsidence.In view of the problems of single function of program and low capacity of data processing existed in the existing mining subsidence prediction softwares.Based on VB (Visual basic) and VBA (Visual basic for application) language and the softwares of SUFER,EXCEL and CAD,the software system with the functions of surface movement observation station design,data compilation,data extraction,fitting calculation,residual deformation prediction and comprehensive treatment of collapse area is developed.Firstly,the automation degree of observation station design is improved by loading VBA program,and the portability of the program is also improved;secondly,the prediction parameters of probability integral method is calculated accurately by calling the MATLAB fitting procedure,and the mining subsidence is predicted by using the prediction parameters of probability integral method and mining and geological data;finally,the subsidence prediction visualization is realized by calling the Surfer and CAD software functions.The theoretical analysis and example analysis results show that the processing efficiency of observation data is improved by using the software system based on the integration design idea,which is help for improving the pertinence and accuracy of mining subsidence prediction,besides that,the software system can also be used to predict the mining subsidence of the mining area that the strip and filling mining method is adopted,therefore,it can provide technical basis for the "under three" mining optimization design,ecological environment protection of mining area and land reclamation of mining area,besides that,it can also provide some reference for the realization of green mining.
