某钼尾矿中磁性铁矿物的磁选回收试验

摘要: 辽宁某钼尾矿粒度较粗,+0.074 mm占75.16%,铁品位为7.26%,铁主要以磁性铁形式存在,在0.074~0.038 mm粒级有一定的富集现象。对该尾矿进行了磁性铁矿物选矿回收试验。结果表明,试样采用一段弱磁选、一段中磁选、中磁选精矿再磨后二段弱磁选、两段弱磁选精矿合并后磁悬浮精选机精选,可获得铁品位59.12%、铁回收率为70.05%的铁精矿。

Abstract: Molybdenum tailings of Liaoning were comparatively coarse grained,75.16% above 0.074 mm.The iron grade of ore was 7.26% and magnetic iron was its major existence form,there were definite phenomenon of enrichment in grain level range from 0.074 to 0.038 mm.Recycling magnetic iron minerals from the tailings was conducted.Results showed that through process including one stage low intensity magnetic separation,one stage middle magnetic separation,and then regrinding middle magnetic separation concentrate and second stage low intensity magnetic separation,concentrates of two stages low intensity magnetic separation mixed and then cleaning by magnetic levitation separator,final iron concentrate obtained with iron grade of 59.12%,iron recovery of 70.05%.
