镜铁山矿提高Simba 1354台车中深孔凿岩精度试验研究

摘要: 为了找出镜铁山矿桦树沟矿区中深孔爆破效果差的原因,且满足中深孔一次爆破形成切割槽精度的需要,镜铁山矿组织进行了提高Simba 1354台车中深孔凿岩精度的试验研究。目前施工的中深孔偏斜率达到6.8%,造成孔底距过大,导致中深孔爆破效果差。并有针对性地提出了提高凿岩质量的改进方案,通过加强凿具保养、降低推进压力、改进钻杆结构措施,Simba 1354中深孔凿岩台车偏斜率从6.8%减小至1.8%,可以明显提高中深孔钻凿的精度。在此基础上,总结出提高施工精度的技术措施,为解决矿山中深孔一次爆破形成切割槽及提高采场中深孔爆破效果提供了技术保障。

Abstract: In order to find out the reason for poor blasting effect in Huashugou mining area of Jingtieshan Mine,and satisfy the need of precision in formation of cutting groove by once middle-deep hole blasting,the tests for improving middle-deep hole drilling accuracy of Simba 1354 rig have been carried out in Jingtieshan Mine.The deviation ratio of medium-deep hole in construction reaches 6.8% at present,resulting in overlong distance between bottom holes and poor effect of middle-deep hole blasting.Therefore,the plan for improving the quality of rock drilling was put forward.Through strengthening the maintenance of the cutting tools,reducing the advancing pressure and improving the drilling rod construction measures,the deviation ratio of Simba 1354 middle-deep hole drilling rig was reduced from 6.8% to 1.8%,so the plan can obviously improve the drilling precision of middle deep hole drilling.On this basis,some technical measures to improve the precision of drilling were summarized,which provides the technical support for guaranteeing the formation of the cutting groove by once middle-deep hole blasting,and improving the blasting effect.
