马钢姑山铁矿石磁化焙烧—弱磁选试验研究

Experiment Study on Magnetization Roasting-Low Intensity Magnetic Separation for Ores from Masteel Gushan Iron Mine

摘要: 马钢姑山铁矿石TFe品位为37.68%,主要含铁矿物为赤铁矿,脉石成分主要为SiO2和Al2O3,有害元素P含量较高,采用传统选矿技术难以获得良好的技术经济指标,而对难选铁矿进行磁化焙烧是一种有效的预处理手段。针对姑山铁矿石开展了磁化焙烧—弱磁选试验研究,并探究了焙烧给矿粒度、焙烧温度、还原气浓度、焙烧时间对磁化焙烧效果的影响。结果表明:在焙烧给矿粒度为-0.074 mm占50%、焙烧温度500 ℃、CO气体浓度40%、焙烧时间20 min、气体流量500 mL/min的条件下进行磁化还原焙烧,焙烧产品经磨矿—磁选—再磨—磁选—三段磨矿—磁选工艺,可获得铁品位63.98%、铁回收率83.32%、P含量0.15%的铁精矿。产品指标优于现有工艺,研究结果可为马钢姑山铁矿的高效利用提供新思路。

Abstract: The TFe grade of Gushan iron ore in Masteel is 37.68%.The main iron-containing mineral is hematite,and gangue composition is mainly composed of SiO2 and Al2O3.The content of harmful element P is high.It is difficult to obtain good technical and economic indexes by using traditional beneficiation technology,while the magnetization roasting for refractory iron ore is an effective pretreatment method.Therefore,an experimental study on magnetization roasting-low intensity magnetic separation was carried out for Gushan iron ore,and the effects of roasting feeding fineness,roasting temperature,reducing gas concentration and roasting time on magnetization roasting effect were explored.The results showed that under the conditions of -0.074 mm accounting for 50%,roasting temperature of 500 ℃,CO gas concentration of 40%,roasting time of 20 min,gas flow rate of 500 mL/min,the roasted products were obtained by grinding-magnetic separation-regrinding-magnetic separation-tertiary grinding-magnetic separation.Iron concentrate with iron grade of 63.98%,iron recovery rate of 83.32% and P content of 0.15% was obtained,and the product index was better than the existing process.The research results can provide a new idea for the efficient utilization of Gushan iron ore in Masteel.
