鞍山地区微细粒贫磁铁矿石磁选工艺研究

Research on Magnetic Separation Process of Fine-grained Lean Magnetite Ore in Anshan Region

摘要: 鞍山地区许东沟和哑巴岭采区的铁矿石铁品位为29. 50%,铁矿物主要为磁铁矿,主要脉石为石英。为 高效开发利用该矿石,在采用X 荧光分析、化学成分分析、铁物相检测和扫描电子显微镜分析矿石性质基础上,进行 了湿式粗粒中磁预选—阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选—淘洗机精选条件试验和扩大连选试验。结果表明:① -2. 5 mm 高压 辊磨产品经过筒式磁选机中磁预选,粗精矿铁品位为40. 20%、铁回收率为89. 76%;② 预选粗精矿经过两阶段磨矿 (一、二段磨矿细度分别为-0. 074 mm 占75%和-0. 045 mm 占90%)、三阶段弱磁选和一段淘洗机精选,最终获得产率 35. 73%、铁品位67. 08%、铁回收率81. 24%的铁精矿,尾矿铁品位为8. 61%,研究结果可作为该矿石开发利用依据。

Abstract: The iron grade of iron ore in Xudonggou and Yabaleng mining areas in Anshan region is 29. 50%. The main iron minerals is magnetite,and the main gangue mineral is quartz. In order to develop and utilize the ore efficiently,based on the ore properties analysis obtained by X-ray fluorescence analysis,chemical composition analysis,iron phase detection and scanning electron microscope,the selection conditions of wet coarse medium magnetic preconcentration,stage grinding stage weak magnetic separation,elutriation machine cleaning and extended continuous separation test were carried out. The results showed that:① the iron grade and recovery rate of magnetic pre-selected coarse concentrate in the drum magnetic separator of -2. 5 mm high pressure roller grinding products are 40. 20% and 89. 76%;② After two stages of grinding (the fineness of the first and second stages of grinding is -0. 074 mm accounting for 75% and -0. 045 mm accounting for 90%,respectively),three stages of low intensity magnetic separation,and one stage of washing machine selection,the iron concentrate with final yield of 35. 73%,iron grade of 67. 08%,iron recovery of 81. 24% was obtained,and iron grade of tailings is only 8. 61%. The research results can be used as the basis for development and utilization of the ore.
